Exchanges & Return Policy
Exchanges
- •Exchanges are available within 7 business days of delivery
- •Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
Returns
- •Don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order, only if you notice any manufacturing issues
- •As a small business, we do not offer returns for change of mind or minor variations in colour, print, or texture
- •Each piece is thoughtfully made and may have slight variations — these are part of its character
- •Shipping and Handling charges are NOT refundable/creditable.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us immediately at hello@rahas.ca with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve this for you as a priority.
All requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. To initiate an exchange or report an issue, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or Email with your order details.
